A modern sales activity management platform based in "motivating what matters" was growing quickly with 3x the products in just under 12 months but had no design or UX lead and an inconsistent understanding amongst team of what the vision/mission driving product roadmap should be.
Provide design leadership and help C-Suite team uncover their goals and core UX strategy to clarify product roadmap for next 2 years.

- Initiated, designed and organized series of 6 internal workshops to co-create a company-wide UX Blueprint.
